AutoBolt Promise of Accuracy
Last Updated: September 28, 2026
OUR ACCURACY COMMITMENT
We stand behind our results.
When AutoBolt returns a single part for a vehicle and that part is incorrect, we’ll provide a $15 account credit if we can independently verify the error.
OUR PROMISE TO CUSTOMERS
Accurate part identification is at the core of what AutoBolt does. When we get something wrong, we want to know about it so we can correct the issue and make AutoBolt better for everyone.
That’s why we back qualifying single-part results with our Promise of Accuracy.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The lookup must have returned one specific part. Results showing multiple possible parts, or where AutoBolt cannot determine a single part, are not eligible.
- The customer must have an active AutoBolt account in good standing.
- The customer must provide the VIN associated with the incorrect result within 14 days of the lookup.
- AutoBolt must be able to independently verify that the part returned was incorrect.
- A maximum of one $15 credit per vehicle platform or chassis, per customer account, in any rolling 7-day period will be issued. Multiple VINs affected by the same underlying issue do not qualify for additional credits.
- Credits are applied to the customer’s AutoBolt account, have no cash value and are not transferable.
- AutoBolt may reasonably decline claims that are duplicative, abusive, unverifiable, outside the terms or intent of this Promise, or otherwise not reasonably eligible for a credit.
